Shipping policy

At Hoji Amber, we know how important it is for you to receive your orders promptly and in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging and dispatching each order, using reliable delivery services to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Please note that US federal holidays may affect shipping times.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations & Transit Times

We currently ship worldwide. Estimated transit times after processing are:

Standard Delivery: 6–8 business days (USPS / UPS – Tracking Included)

Total estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days from the date of order (processing + transit).

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard delivery worldwide. Tracking is included with every order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
You can track your order using:

  • The tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email, or

  • Your order number and email address via our tracking page.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@myhojiamber.com with your name and order number.

Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your package appears delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your building manager.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@myhojiamber.com with your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
