Iced Hojicha Latte

This iced hojicha latte is smooth, refreshing, and naturally roasted — a beautiful amber alternative to iced coffee or iced matcha.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon / 3g Hoji Amber hojicha powder
  • 2 oz warm water
  • Ice
  • 6–8 oz cold milk or oat milk
  • Optional sweetener

Instructions

  1. Whisk hojicha powder with warm water until smooth.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and cold milk.
  3. Pour the hojicha concentrate over the milk for an amber layered look.
  4. Stir, sweeten if desired, and enjoy.
