Cozy Hojicha Latte Recipe

A hojicha latte is a creamy Japanese roasted green tea latte with a warm amber color and smooth caramel-cocoa notes. This recipe is simple, low-effort, and perfect when you want a cozy café-style drink at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon / 3g Hoji Amber hojicha powder
  • 2 oz warm water
  • 6–8 oz milk or oat milk
  • Optional: maple syrup, honey, vanilla, or brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Add hojicha powder to a cup or bowl.
  2. Pour in warm water and whisk or froth until smooth.
  3. Heat and foam your milk, then pour over the hojicha concentrate.
